All attendees are expected to respect boundaries and be considerate in their speech and actions to other guests and event staff.

Any form of harassment or threatening, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual abuse will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have been engaged in harassment, threats, or willful disruption will have their event registration revoked and will be removed from the event venue by management. Participants under the age of 12 must be continuously accompanied by an adult attendee 21 years or older throughout their time on the event site.

Any attendee found in violation of these rules may be asked to leave the event without refund and the option to return.

In attending the event, all guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the BurgQuest staff and event management from any claims of damages to themselves or their belongings resulting due to their participation in the event.

BurgQuest is dedicated to providing accessibility options for event guests. The event venue is wheelchair accessible, and reserved parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for ASL interpreters should be made two weeks prior to the start of the event.
