BurgQuest 2026 will be held September 25-27 in Williamsburg, VA at the Greater Williamsburg Sports & Events Center.
Looking to sell your goods or promote your organization in the 2026 BurgQuest Marketplace? Head on over to our application portal.
We encourage interested exhibitors to apply early! Selections are made on a rolling basis and offering attendees a variety of products, services, and experiences is a priority. Please note there are two separate Marketplace applications: one for exhibitors selling products, and another for nonprofit organizations, community organizations, and events looking to table swap.

Do you have a show or session you’d like to bring to BurgQuest? If so, check out the Performances & Panels application.
We’re accepting live theatrical acts, musical performances, game tournaments, educational programming, workshops, game shows, meet-and-greets, and other similar pitches. Programming should be related in some form to gaming (tabletop, RPG, and/or video games), fantasy/nerd culture, cosplay, or similar interests.
