Tabletop Game Library
Visit the BurgQuest tabletop library to browse through hundreds (and hundreds and hundreds) of board games available to check out for free play throughout the event venue. Settle in with an old favorite or try something new! The tabletop library is powered by MAGFest, a non-profit organization dedicated to the appreciation of games and video game music.
Open during all event hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
SHOWS
Push the Roll Live! with Ross Bryant
Join Ross Bryant (Dropout TV, Glass Cannon Podcast) and friends for "Push the Roll Live!” an onstage version of the award-winning podcast. Push the Roll Live is an improvised Call of Cthulhu actual-play show combining cosmic horror, tabletop RPG adventures, and dark comedy. Guided by your suggestions and tumbling dice, each show is fascinating, hilarious and unnerving. Anything can happen, anywhere, anytime… when you Push the Roll.

Ross Bryant is an actor, writer, improviser, and comedian known for his work on Dropout TV, The Glass Cannon Network, and the Improvised Shakespeare Company. In addition to being the creator and host of the Push the Roll podcast, Ross has written for Mystery Science Theater 3000, appeared on NBC, HBO, Comedy Central, Netflix, MTV and more. Ross loves tabletop RPGs and storytelling. You can find more on his instagram @rossbb.
TRIFORCE QUARTET
The Triforce Quartet is a traditional string quartet that plays video game music. The ensemble began innocently as a short Zelda medley for an encore of a recital in early 2007, but the video of using traditional string quartet instruments to play music of classic games gained viral popularity later that summer. The Triforce Quartet has played in front of sold out shows at PAX Prime in Seattle, PAX East in Boston, MAGFest in Washington DC, the iDIG Music Festival in Ireland, and with Video Games Live!

Grooveburg is a powerhouse 18-piece big band tribute to video game music, bringing to life iconic themes from Super Mario, Cuphead, Fallout, Portal, Five Nights at Freddy’s, and more. With bold brass, smooth saxophones, and driving rhythms, they deliver a high-energy sound that grooves every time.

MARIO PARTY LIVE
Everyone's favorite video game board game jumps out of the TV and into the real world! Be ready to get involved: every audience member is placed on one of four teams, working with others to collect the most stars. Players from all teams will test both their luck and skill, competing in real-world mini-games inspired by Mario Party to carve a path to victory.
THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW SHADOW CAST
It’s astounding, time is fleeting, and madness will take its toll at this staged, choreographed shadow cast performance of the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show! Featuring a massive ensemble and comedic emcees, this is a time warp you don’t want to miss. Audience costumes are welcome!

SHADOW CIRQUE
Step into the realm of Shadow Cirque, a circus troupe specializing in aerial and flow arts to a soundtrack of video game themes! Check out the show and then stick around: they love to pose for pictures and do meet and greets with guests!

CYANWOODE
Be transported as Cyanwoode sets the scene with enchanting, tavern-inspired music. The duo blends Irish whistle, hammered dulcimer, lute dulcimer, and voice to create magical, original arrangements of nostalgic videogame music songs, music from fantasy soundtracks, and Celtic and Irish traditional songs. Accompany these elven bards to a place of magic and melodies as they quest to collect songs and share them with travelers throughout the realms.

Euterpea Fantasy Flute
Euterpea Fantasy Flute is an ethereal exploration of imagination and sound. Euterpea uses classical flute, low flutes, and world flutes paired with live looping to create fantasy sound scapes. Euterpea invites you to close your eyes and let the music create your fantasy!

Sirens & Liars
Sirens & Liars is a powerhouse female vocal duo blending fantasy and fandom into haunting harmony. Ashley Reid (mezzo soprano) and Alyx Gallagher (soprano) reimagine music from Fallout, Cyberpunk, Hades, Skyrim, and more, previously captivating audiences at MAGFest, VGM Con, Stellar Con, and beyond.

SIDE QUESTS
COSPLaY AT BURGQUEST
BurgQuest has expanded its cosplay programming for 2026, featuring a weekend of special guests, workshops, and panels culminating in a mainstage cosplay contest with over $1,000 in cash and prizes. Featured guests include Chiara Scuro, Jinafiire, Gravel Road Cosplay, and Bash Shrednar of Prop Slayer Studio. Rules and registration for the main contest will be available soon!

STARSHIP HORIZONS
It’s time to boldly go to Starship Horizons, an in-person, multiplayer simulation experience. As a team, players command their own Starship as the bridge officers in the roles of Captain, Flight, Tactical, Science, Operations, and Engineering before receiving their mission and venturing deep into the galaxy.

ARCHERY TAG
Get ready to draw your bow in this fast paced, action-packed combination of dodgeball and archery. Players use patented, non-lethal foam tipped arrows to “tag” opponents and hit fixed targets while diving behind inflatable bunkers. Take your best shot!

Are blasters more your style? Test your shot and hit your targets (read: other players) in our Mission Laser Tag arena in an intense, team-based laser showdown.

VIRTUAL FLEA MARKET
Buy and trade your games at BurgQuest! The Virtual Flea Market is an online marketplace where attendees can buy and sell games in advance of BurgQuest, then attend a dedicated meetup to connect and complete their transactions in person. Get this: there's an actual quest that's a part of BurgQuest! It's called the BurgQuest Quest (we’re working on the name). Complete challenges throughout the event venue for your chance at an amazing collection of board games!

Explore typewriter art! Express yourself via writing or ascii style art, or simply sit back and enjoy the soundscape! Multiple machines and colors of ink ribbon are available to try, and docents will be on hand to help new typists and prevent malfunctions.
